OK I ordered the capacitors, resistors, hurricane nuts, new speaker cloth and got the 3/4" wooden dowel.
Still need to get the Armacell, NoRez, Acoustastuff, JBweld, butyl mat, 8-32 screws, RD0194-1 tweeters and billet plates.
On the 8-32 screws I don't see it mentioned about the length or type of head to use.
Is there a substitute for the Acoustastuff?
Seems everyone is out of the 1lb. package.
I assume that would be enough.
Do I need the foam pads I see some using to put between the components and board?
If so, what is it and where do you get it?

Do you not have the original Dacron that came in the 5Bs?
It usually falls down and mucks up the PR response. When you add the dowel, it also prevents it from falling back down over time.
1" long 8-32/button or cap head screws for MWs and PRs.
1" long 8-32 flat/countersink heads are what the billet plates are machined for at the 4 corners. Just re-use your RDO magnet screws as they are metric and machined for them as well.Don't take experimental gene therapies from known eugenicists. -
Not sure about the Dacron. I am still listening to the speakers and won't be disassembling them until after I get the crossovers rebuilt and ready to go.

You don't need Armacell to replace the original gaskets unless the original gaskets are damaged. They are supposed to be paper thin.
You don't need Acoustastuff as your speakers already have polyfill in them.
You don't need the foam pads either.
You should have pulled at least one crossover to verify the values before ordering parts.Political Correctness'.........defined

Thanks. I did pull a crossover and also bought another pair to rebuild. The values on the components were the same on both. I will hold off on ordering the Acoustastuff and also first check the condition of Dacron speaker gaskets.

Dacron is same as polyfill. Think its a trade name.
Right now you can do a PR push test. If the MWs dont slowly return to rest then gaskets are shot.Don't take experimental gene therapies from known eugenicists. -
Push the PR in and hold it in. The mid should slowly recede to rest in 2 to 3 seconds at a minimum.Political Correctness'.........defined
