Very good condition set of Polk Audio SDA 1.2TL. These have been recapped and contain all new Polk Audio RDO-198 tweeters. All the drivers have been epoxied to prevent magnet shift along with hurricanes nuts to better seal the cabinets. The cabinets have also been resealed. A lot of time and effort went into restoring these speakers. Not shown in the photo is the pin blade SDA interconnect cable. There is a thread around here somewhere documenting the work.

$2000.00 in full disclosure, I do not know what's a reasonable price for these. These were my dream end all be all speakers but because of space I am forced to sell them.

Located in East Central Indiana.

They are in my basement and I am able to help new owner lift them up the stairs.

I am going to pass, I really want to get another pair of these sometime, but I really don't take the time to listen to what I have now.

    Good luck bored184

Going into the weekend lets drop the price to $1800. I could be interested in trades for tube amps.

Ya, I saw that. He didn’t state whether he did it or had it done.

Needed to know the ‘who’ done it part.

I sold a pair of these, fully modded about two years ago. It took a while to find someone willing to pick them up and the price was right about where you are at. They will sell, just be patient. GLWTS

On a serious note yes please with the quote, it would be nice to see the difference to pre covid prices .

We don't listen at 90 db,70 is the average max .The JLTIoppo with the volume set to maximum 80 directly connected to the amp with the volume on 1 pressurises the room to 45-55 db at 9 feet seated Centre .
To you wipper snappers out there .look after your hearing....

Lots of bang for the buck here fellows . All the heavy lifting has been already done to max these out.
I think the price of entry is more than fair.
Maybe for most guys it’s the wifey factor stopping them.
I bought mine fifteen years ago when my wife was out of town.
We had an agreement that two speakers come into the house. Two had to go out of the house.
I looked for two years for a decent set.
Finally they came up on CL for $1500. In my own suburb. He lowered the price to $750. I jumped on them.
Posted on FB a picture of them with me in it.
All the hens in the henhouse started chiming in with comments.
Wife came home and freaked out.
To this day I think she was wondering who took the photo?
I did a selfie with pause on iPad.
I slept on an air mattress next to them for over a month.
    Peace. Dvhq21l9o4b41.png
