AWOL is coming out with a new ust. It has features that look good, sound good (sales...I know). Here's my question: With new innovations, do you guys tend to go for it, or hang back until they work out any problems/bugs?

    Ultra Short Throw. It's a home theater projector term.

    I had to look it up in connection with "AWOL Valerion" to figure it out. :)

    If the technology was really completely new I'd wait for the next generation but I don't think it is. I'd always look at competing products though and not stick with one brand out of habit.

    At the cost of tvs... You can get 100" for 1300

    I would only go projector again if I was aiming for 130" or more and UST screens that are good for day time are $$$$
