Does anyone use Audiogon anymore? I haven't been there in awhile, and it seems to me it has dropped, where The Music Room has picked up over the last few years..
And they want you to have a CC on file to even respond to an Ad..
Like I said, I haven't been on there for some time, so maybe it's just me..

I hated AG decades ago. No communication between members (unless you buy something) and when the greed really hit? It's been downhill ever since.
Sad, but true...
Tom~ In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence. ~ -
Audiogon has definitely seen better days.
I only go there to read a few of the forum posts anymore.
Used to be the place to buy used gear. It's been turned into an advertisement haven for the new owners as a money grab and the members have suffered. -
That there is a big no go for me. The amount of websites getting hacked these days is off the charts. Last year I received at a minimum 6-7 notices from different companies that my info was lost in a hacking attack. These days it's not IF it will happen, because IT will happen. They want you to have a CC on file to even respond to an Ad.. -

Not to mention the "acceptance" of trolls. It's overwhelming these days. Folks like WillyM2 and Jujiku are more commonplace than not~ In search of accurate reproduction of music.
