Signa S4 sound issue

I've bought this beautiful soundbar and I've got issue with it. After few minutes of playing sound through aux or Bluetooth sound disappears. I make hard reset and after few tries of hard reset (pressing power, source, +) soundbar plays well until next time. Few minutes later sound disappear again. Can I somehow update firmware of my soundbar?

    it sounds like a firmware or overheating problem man. Some cheap bars do that after few mins when the chip gets hot. please check if your brand has update file on their website and load it with usb. Also try different power plug or cable. if it still cuts out i think the board is dying slowly.

    Already checked everywhere, can't find firmware for Polk Signa S4.
    And now device after booting just lights up 5 diods and doesn't react to any buttons. I can't even do hard reset.
