Anyone else getting this message circled in green when trying to 'Insert an Image'? Oddly enough, I can cut-and-paste images into the text box (like I did for this post), but can't select/insert/choose image like normal when clicking the icon in the red circle.

I get those primarily when I try to paste an image that's encoded in the form of a .WEBP file. :#
Vanilla has a hissy-fit about them.
    Here's my workaround*
I paste the image into Powerpoint than copy it (CTRL-C) and paste that transcoded image (CTRL-V) into the editor window here in Vanillaland. :p

My workaround has been to open the pic in Paint, select the outline of the image in a snippet-type fashion, then copy-and-paste into the Vanilla text box.

I have a similar workaround for those pics that won’t upload, but I’m on IOS - I just open the image in editor, then make any minor change and save. IOS saves it as a JPEG and I have no trouble uploading from there.

On my Galaxy phone, photos not uploading with Firefox, but worked with Edge. Seems like each week, Vanilla picks a favorite browser. All the stretching issues last time did not affect Firefox. :/

Firefox doesn't work for me on Windows 11.

My work around is the Snipping tool.

The shift knob on my Soobie should only have "zeros" on it. :#
It's a little short on power and on torque.

it was freaking gorgeous for about 10 minutes, changing constantly.
Yes it was a nice afternoon. We go the very edge of the Nor'easter this week. Very little rain but it was cloudy for three days. Finally cleared out this afternoon (chilly, though). Clouds were coming back near sunset.
