SDA-1C, Atlanta area. No affiliation. Incorrectly marked as 1B.
Doesn't have any upgrades and the interconnect is missing. A bit pricey IMO. What's the market for these before upgrades?

I paid either $400 or $450 for mine locally off CL ~12 years ago. Mine were stock and 7 out of 10 condition and are just like the ones you're directing us to. Even though it's 12 years later, I think they're priced too high. See a lot of them in the $350-$550 range, sometimes with updates. Good luck. -

I had a pair of those. They blocked the view out my LR windows (can't have that) and were relegated to the barn. Eventually, I sold them to a nice young aspiring audiophile. I'm perfectly happy with the 1C's I've modded.Gustard X26 Pro DAC

Another set of SRS 2.3TL, in the Phoenix area. They have these listed on their website for $3K, but according to the CL ad, $700 will get them if you show up at the warehouse with cashola. Photos are terrible, but they seem to be intact.

They do not have the correct drivers. None of those mid-woofers appear to be Polk drivers. -

I couldn't tell because the image is so underexposed, but I thought maybe something didn't look right. I bet the company took them in as non-working and threw in a bunch of off the shelf woofers. Those, plus a big order of Jesse's surplus may still be a good deal for someone local. -

In person during daylight in a public parking lot with 5 security guards. The cash transaction is scary. And what if the boxes are full of 2x4s?
Or maybe all the speakers, tweeters, and crossovers have been parted out. Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

I'd be leery too! Hard to believe ~32 year old speakers never opened, but it is possible. I'd sure want to inspect them in person before buying.

These are 75 miles south of Omaha, small town, few buyers. No Afill. Been up for a while. Probably too high.

I wouldn't even think about taking that much cash on first look. Most sellers, if they are legit, would allow inspection before payment. You could get a pretty good idea if they were scammers long before ever visiting based on their ability to answer questions and provide proof, included additional photos. -

Those look to be SDA 1c. Pin/ Blade socket in the cup. IIRC the 1b was Blade/blade socket outside of the cup.
The driver number mw6509 listed is for the 1b, so who knows. -

we recently had a family member pass and are in the process of selling his belongings. He has these Polk speakers but we have absolutely no idea what they're worth. Can someone here provide us a rough idea based on these photos? We don't believe any work has been done on them over the years so as far as we're aware they are 100% original.
