Hello,
I bought in February a soundfbar by Polka. Everything was fine till the remote control stopped working. I have changed the batteries in vain. Any idea how I could reinitiate the the remote control or buy a new one?
I am located in France but could not find a retailer in order to get a new remote control.

Welcome to the Polk forum! I'll ask where you could get a replacement. -
I've heard back from my friend at Polk and he was unable to find a dealer, in France, who could replace your remote. He suggested that your best choice would be Amazon for one.
