Need help with sigma solo buttons are not working

Hi, please need help with this,
Got a polk signa solo, button are not working good, when i press power led blinks, nothing else if Keep pressed volume up and down it makes a connection sound and led start to turn on One by one when I press volume up. I thinks is in demo mode, but when I try to exit won’t works, (exit with the same combo, also try input and volume down but... no luck) remote works ok only if I reset the soundbar, but another issue with that because even if not press power button I assume only imput and volume up led blinks I think it makes a hard reset, guide says all led gonna blinks but only green then withe blinks shortly and it’s done.
Really appreciate some help!

Welcome to the Polk forum. That person hasn't been on the forum for five years, so we probably won't know the outcome. Can you describe what your soundbar is doing? Have you tried a complete reset? -
From what you describe, only green then white flashes, which might mean the reset isn’t completing properly. Try holding the combo longer (10–15 seconds).
