Anyone heard from him? Catastrophic flooding near San Antonio. I wouldn’t think he’d be affected, but he hasn’t been on CP since June 29. Hope everything is okay.

Maybe his new GF found out she was being "broken-in" ...... AND took advantage of current events......

I wondered why he didn't respond to a couple of motorcycle posts I made in the Pictures thread - further to @pitdogg2's comment, he may be in the hospital with handbag injuries. Hope he's OK.

FYI: Last report I saw showed at least 120 killed and over 160 still missing.

Hey fellas!! First of all, yes, a very sad sad situation and outcome (so far) for some very unfortunate Texans.

Me?? I've been taking advantage of it and getting my white river rafting and surfing on....big time!!

Seriously, like Ron mentioned, I live in a non-flooded area thank God. Been getting pummeled with tons of rain but no threat of danger in my part of town.

And speaking of New Braunfels, this new chick I've been seeing lives in Cibolo (right next door pretty much to NB) and has got to be the cats meow.

Anyway, thanks to @txcoastal1 checking in and looking out.

    Update....

Leslie is also retired. Since our first date, we have been seeing each other several times a week. Ordinarily I'd be letting the girls know, hey, I need some me time, or, lets take a little break.

This woman is unlike any woman I have ever dated, and I'll be honest, I've been around the block at least one and half times :D No, this chick is different and I'm by no means perfect (who is?) but the fit is unlike any I've ever had. To say she compliments my personality, and my faults would be a gross understatement. I have not been this happy in at least the last 10 years.

If things keep going the way they are, and I don't see how they couldn't....well, lets just say I'll take this to a level I thought was unobtainable. Time is on my side and time will definitely tell.

Glad to hear that at least one of us older bachelors can still find romantic happiness.
