I have using this system around 1.5 years... The sound quality and bass is very good I liked this system very much... But suddenly the subwoofer is not working and speakers clarity also decreased.. sometimes back speakers and bar stops working... I have rebooted the system.. I have changed the connector or cord.. unplugged the system for two days to get rebooted, but the problem didn't solve.. and I found the kim gmail here..I have tried to spoke with him but unfortunately he is not replying to mail I'm trying past two days... Can someone give me a solution.... Thank you in advance!!

Patience is a virtue dude. Give them time to work on it. Polk doesn't work 24/7 they get days off as well and add in a holiday not to mention.
Kim is a wonderful guy, if you went after him like this I can understand why he has created distance.
Sometimes they must get some of the engineering team involved and that takes time as well. -

Hey @SeleniumFalcon kim did all the process in a good manner. But at last he is not replying and shipping team also not responding properly. They product got stucked in Indian customs for more than a week. They keep on giving reminder for me. I have mailed for more than 5 days. He says that shipping team is working on that but no update on the customs. So my kind request to update the process as soon as possible. Thank you in advance

"Good day Richard,
I apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, there have been no updates yet regarding the status of your shipment with the tracking number 456283060034. A follow up has been submitted and we will continue to monitor this. I will provide you with an update once it arises, and no later than July 21, 2025 by 5:00 PM CT.

@lukman765, I have no control over what happens to items as they pass through Indian customs. Nor do any of the people who I can contact who work at Polk. Sometimes things remain in customs for several weeks as they move through the system. I can give you no updates on the status of your soundbar, I'm sorry.
If it were me, I would remain patient and understand that it will eventually reach me.
