If it was android, it should all be backed up to your gmail account. unless it was an older phone and you backed them up on your SIM, even then you might be able to dry your SIM.

Place your phone in a bowl of dry rice for a day. That should extract the moisture. You *may* get lucky. Agreed on the above.

iPhone should have that all backed up to iCloud, Android backs up to your Google account. Check those on a computer and they should all be saved.

So -- not to pile on or anything -- but was the backup ever turned on? I mean, I don't understand the Apple Universe Ecosystem at all*, but if it were ever active during the life of the phone (maybe of the whole account?), wouldn't there be some snapshot of the information somewhere out there in cyberspace?

Just a thought. It's not on your vehicle screen is it ? Some Android Auto & other screens hold numbers. Mind you I know nothing about my own screen OR cell phonesRandy-Maine
