Hello and welcome to Club Polk. I cannot answer your inquiry, but @SeleniumFalcon might be able to assist you, or at least point you in the right direction to get help. Please just keep in mind, it's the weekend and the forum isn't typically a fast moving board during this time.

    Hello,
Welcome to the Polk forum. I think the first thing to do is a complete reset. To do this with the soundbar turned on unplug the power cords for the bar and the sub. Leave them unplugged for at least five minutes, then reconnect. You might have to repeat this process four or five times to completely reset the unit.

I do not know if this will help or not, but one thing I have learned over time, is this.

After the unit has been unplugged for 5 or so minutes, take a metal object and short the pins of the PC. Ground to hot, hot to neutral and neutral to ground. Short all 3 of them at once, if you can. This dissipates any hung pin that may be reading high or low, as well as any stored energy within the unit.

"Sometimes" this works magic. Other times, it was a waste of time. It's worth a shot though. FWIW.
