So my remote control has vanished - I've turned the house upside down to no avail.
I've ordered a replacement (south africa), expected delivery up to 4 weeks !!
I was wondering if there is any app (android or ios) available to use in the interim ?

If you are connected to your TV with an HDMI cable and have activated eARC in the TV then any remote that operates the TV will control the soundbar.

It's connected to a Sony TV via HDMI etc - TV remote is able to select inputs, volume, mute, but cannot change "modes" (movie mode, music mode etc), bass -
Since those particular functions aren't something the TV does that makes sense. Which version of the MagniFi series do you have and I'll ask of there's an app that would help.

I received this response:
"We unfortunately do no have an app that will control the sound bars.
He would have to wait for remote to arrive to be able to adjust those settings."
