My polk magnifi max sr center channel, for the "voice adjust" is located is no longer producing any sound. Any way to fix this? Please help its driving me crazy..

Welcome to Polk's forum. Can you explain what you're experiencing? What are you watching and do you know what format it is encoded? What is the source? What are you not hearing coming from the center? This will help us understand what is going on. -
I have it set up through my Xbox one x, playing through the Hmdi arc port. I believe it is Dolby digital but I will double check when I get home.

What is playing on the Xbox? A video game? If so make sure there is some center channel information for it to play.

It's anything, music, movies, TV shows. Netflix, Hulu, max, etc
I've put the magnifi in movie, music, and sport mode settings already with no change.
I will try to mess with the settings on the Xbox again and see if it helps. I know I've already exhausted most of my options up to this point tho.
I just finished at the gym, I will be home shortly. I'll see what else I can still try when I get there.

I've changed it through dts, Dolby digital, stereo, nothing helps.
It wouldn't even power on today, had to unplug it and reconnect to get it to turn on.
I finally got it hooked up to google home last night to try and dl the firmware update, which didn't work anyhow. Now it's disconnected from the wifi again to boot..
So irritated by the spundbar at this point. -

Can you please confirm that you are sending a Dolby digital signal to soundbar and not a PCM encoded signal?
