We don't have copperheads here. Only Western Rattlesnakes, gardener snakes and rubber boas. I don't kill them unless I absolutely have to. Just relocate them away from under the porch steps. They eat a lot of mice.

Over in Okinawa their snakes were really small. And darn dangerous.
Ran into a number of them. No warning, just a bite and you were on
Your way to the promised land. Had a couple of close calls.

Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

They say the sea builds men, but this captain proves it also forms bonds that can't be broken. This cat wasn't sought; he was the one who found him. He found him abandoned near the port, thin, scared, with eyes full of salt and melancholy. The captain took him in, fed him, cared for him, and since then, they've never been apart. Together they've crossed seas, braved storms, and shared sunrises. This cat isn't just a pet: he's the soul of the ship. Every sailor knows his name. He watches. He calms. He accompanies. The captain never sails without him. Because even the strongest need a furry heart to return to.

LeBron is such a joke. How people can even think of him in the context of greatest of all time, let alone mention his name along side MJ is baffling. He never rises to the occasion, he flops like a dying fish then blames the coaches, refs and even his own teammates. He blackmailed the Lakers into signing his kid, who has no business on ANY NBA squad (by all accounts he was barely a marginal player at the collegiate level) - but hey, LeBron used his leverage to achieve his dream of playing in the NBA with his kid, but at tremendous cost to the Lakers…
