I'll tell you @ken brydson, for years everyone tries to get me on my birthday...c'mon, I've seen all the April fools jokes man, you're gonna have to get up mighty early to get me....well, I guess it was inevitable, but I finally got myself...

Ayesha left a bag of pork rinds at my place. I haven't had one in about 40 years. I got up this morning and said, it's my birthday, I'm having this for breakfast......as I put one in my mouth, it tasted and smelled like a f a r t....guess I'm good for another 40

I'm not buying his cooking prowess. When I went to his house a few years ago he made microwave popcorn. I brought the beer....

    Good time though 😁

    Happy Birthday Geoff!

I have a long time good friend from Omaha that moved his family to
New Braunfels in the late 1970's. His big plans were to build on some lots his dad had at Canyon Lake.
He sold the lots and stayed in New Braunfels. I've visited him a half a dozen times over the years.
If I ever get down that way again, I may see if your still around. Enjoy your birthday!

Yeah man, I dig going to NB and walking around Gruene, cool little place. The bar scene from Michael was filmed at the little honkytonk saloon there. Absolutely, I'm not leaving SA, please look me up.

ME?? Cook on my birthday?? Well, it wouldn't be the first time lol. Ayesha took me to the Road house and I had the 12oz rib eye and shrimp.

HOWEVER.....on one of my birthdays in WA where @ken brydson came to visit me, I made this, when I could still put it away, a 16oz filet, a single King crab leg steamed and shredded on the steak, then covered in melted butter.....yeah Ken, all you had to do was ask.... :D

I'm certainly not trying to steal Geoff's thunder.
Thank you to all. It was the big 50 for me. Just the kids and my wife. The best gift in itself.

One of the other audio sites.

    Audiogon.com
    Audiokarma.org

Kind of like the Polk Forum just not a specific focused brand.
