Anyone has a schematic or service manual for any DSW-Micropro subs?

I pulled the amp plate off this one and found that the 660045-1 board has a blackened area around the lower centre and also around the H4 Cap series pair of the power supply portion.

    Wondering I I could get any available schematics

    I own two Polk DSW microPRO 3000. One of them went bad in 2018 and I sent it off to https://edwardselectronics.net/index.html to get repaired and it worked great. It's still alive today. The other died some time after and it's still dead. Looks like they removed the Polk amps from their repair list either lack of clients or they no longer can.

    Not really mentioned on their site, but do they only repair subwoofers?

    Hi SeleniumFalcon, I see your message for 'Schematic Sent', but I can't seem to 'see it'. There is nothing in my messages or junk mail folder :-(
    Any chance of a re-send and maybe how I can get it please?

    Oh and so far I have found and replaced a bad 22mf 50v cap near the daughter board, (next to big caps), and found a bad sot-23 diode on the daughter board too.

    So the schematic is described as DSW2/3/4000 and when I look at the component numbers on the PCB like Q4, U1, U2, R22, etc they do not correspond with the schematic which has larger numbers like D600. Are you sure the schematic sent should correspond with the DSW1000 sub?

    I'm afraid the current engineering department doesn't have any additional information concerning that series. In all likelihood the differences between the various models are some of the EQ parameters and the output stages. Most of the remaining circuitry would be the same throughout. Hopefully there's enough information to enable a repair.
