    Hey, I’ve replied to several For Sale ads recently indicating that I’d take an item, only to subsequently be told in PMs that it was already a done deal. It would be nice if folks would indicate in the For Sale thread that they’re purchasing so we don’t waste our time.

    Alternatively, the OP could indicate that the item is sold.

    That way, the jokers of the forum can ask if the item is still available.
