Remote control not working (Polk Signa S2)

My soundbar works fine, but the remote control stops working after a few months. I have now bought three of them… i have reset the system, batteries are new. Nothing helps. What can I do?

    Welcome to the Polk forum. When you say, "I have bought three of them..." do you mean you bought three complete soundbars? Or, do you mean three remotes?
