Bowfinger was pretty funny. Axel Foley was really great in it as the awkward Jiff.

I thought I was pretty smart when I was 5 and I saw the episode where Gilligan saw a ghost on the island so I took one of my father's handkerchiefs and draped it over my brother's G.I. Joe and put a rubber band around his neck and had him running around the house chasing and scaring Johnny West and Geronimo and Captain Maddox.

all of these off topic posts are oddly on topic to the thread.

This should just be a thread about on topic things to this thread, which is about off topic things.

Stayed up past midnight mic'ing o-rings and installing all new AC components on the Tucson. Been awhile since I had to use a vacuum pump and gauges....not bad at idle...

What did you use for a vacuum pump? I see the gages are available as a loaner tool from Autozone. I ask because my neighbor asked me to put a new compressor in his truck but I've never done this job before. I said I didn't have time so I wasn't commited but who knows......

Walmart R-134A weighted out to 19 oz total (calls for 540g on hood, but aftermarket compressors vary).

And Jeff sent me a discount I couldn't refuse. Got new pump and gages for $125. AC compressor, new dessicant pack, High pressure switch, PAG-46 oil and expansion valve with Viton O-ring kit was only $275. The stealership wanted $1800 plus tax to do the job.

Was almost 100 deg. yesterday and almost had shivers by the time I arrived at the Ponderosa.
