Could those nanostructures (or self assembling LNPs) that are 100um large compared to 7um for red blood cells and 46nm for Fibrinogen and 75nm for Collagen XII and 425nm for Collagen VII super molecular assemblies be large enough that it would pose a trigger for the immune system and be a cause of Histiocytic Myocarditis?George / NJ

There are many histopathological implications with the LNPs alone.
I'll take a very minuscule natural virus titer over an astronomical number of virus-mimmicking particles direct to blood stream any day. In mol-bio you have what is called an MOI, or multiplicity of infection. It runs a small course against natural immunity and then it is neutralized.
