Change to Club Polk Discount

Hi all,
I just ordered 2 RD0194-1 tweeters for a pair of Monitor 10Bs that I'm restoring. The customer service representative did not know about Club Polk discounts. After checking with someone else, she said the tweeters are $48 each + shipping + tax. There is no longer free shipping, and she argued that it must have been a one-time exception.

Is this the new policy? I see Masimo Consumer is now the parent company. Last time I ordered parts it was Sound United.

    I believe $48.00 is the discounted price, the suggested retail is $60.00 each.

    Right, but I'm specifically asking about the "free shipping" part of the discount.

    I checked with a friend at Polk and he believes the free shipping is still offered (tax is applicable).

    Thanks. This representative refused to offer it. So I ended up paying $9.95 for shipping.

    Maybe it did. That's what I was trying to determine.
    Eh, it's $10. It's not really a big deal. I was just curious to see what the current policy really is.
