Terrible Service

Options
Call CS on a Sunday between 9am and 9pm as the website says and you get a message saying to call back during normal hours 7 days a week. Are they so clueless that they don't know that is the message?
Called them on Monday and they promised to send me a replacement remote. They sent me a box with just packing material in it. No remote. No paperwork. I can't believe I gave these clowns $700.
