Can anyone tell me what movie this sample is from? [The Frowner by Joey Pecoraro]

https://youtu.be/8owTdE5UROUSo "The Frowner" came up on spotify recently and I'm OBSESSED with finding out where the lines from the front of the song came from, it sounds a bit like one of those 1950 musicals. A bit like Audrey Hepburn actually but 1950 movie stars all sound the same to me ;P
Can anyone help me out?

NOTE: Someone on YouTube said it's from The Bishop's wife, but I am 99% positive it's not. I searched the whole transcript and it's not there, and I skimmed the movie and there's no scenes that make sense in context of "it's so wonderful to stand here on this hill"...

I understand he samples snippets of archived tapes from radio plays from the 1950s. Best bet is to ask him. He may or may not say where it came from but chances are nobody would have easy access to the samples and few people alive would have heard them on the radio and remember them.
They only tend to sound like they may be from a well known movie. -
There was a similar conversation here about another snippet from another Joey Pecoraro song. This one from "The Frowner" is likely taken from a similar 1950s TV show that is in the public domain.
