Rebooted, everything i could find on YouTube. Green Light is on but no volume.

    Need a bit more info pal. Like, how is it hooked up and to what. Are the settings in the receiver correct ? Are you playing a dvd, bluray, and how is that hooked up and to what input on the receiver.

    Excellent work, confirmation noted.

    As far as I'm concerned, rebooting everything on YouTube is the only way to ensure a subwoofer stays quiet. You just can't trust that light, as you've noted.

    Maybe this should be in the "Wanted To Buy" section. Still, if I wanted to buy a subwoofer, I would check eBay or Amazon before I tried YouTube.

    I have to admit, I don't understand the "green light" metaphor. Do you need someone's permission to buy a subwoofer? Because that changes things.

    Don't believe anything Scott (msg) says. He has been known to use Monster Cable and 8-track tapes after 1986.
