Richard Strauss - "Also Sprach Zarathustra" - Leonard Bernstein, New York Phil. 1970
The Karajan 1973 recording is better.
EDIT: I looked closer at this photo and thought, my dust cover top is cracked? It's a dangling FM antenna wire above.

Sunday Baroque from a highdef station in Orlando. It is a two hr program, pretty good in general, minus some silly piccolo concertos that are rarely missing. Now Bach's Brandenburg Concerto 1, very well done and well recorded. Strings not harsh, bow and box noise acceptably captured, and harmonically transparent, though i am listening on small jbl studio powered speakers. Maybe my RME d/a converter's EQ helps.

Moved the 5Bs out to the living room to give them a listen before packing up.

A little more time with you....long time, no listen. Great tune.

"Acoustic". Not bad at all for a recording done in 1975.
