I checked my chord for my Polk fr1 sound bar and am getting 15v but it’s still not turning on. Was away for a week came back to turn it on and it won’t turn on the bass still turns green.

It would be best to begin with Polk CS department at 1-800-377-7655 and have the unit's serial number handy.
