    It was a fine day, thanks everyone! Went to a couple of record shops and found a Miles Davis reissue and a Creedence album. My wife got me a model craft spray booth and a vintage "Chinese checkers" game and we celebrated with a delicious home made pizza.

    My wife has become a wonderful pizza maker, she's found that a steel pizza plate works best for us as a baking surface. She bought a dough auto-mixer that works for pizza and bread.
    Recently a wood fired pizza place called Rad Pie has opened just south of where we live and their pizza is amazing. They use flour from the guy who wrote the Pizza bible and are part of a micro brewery. If a beer and pizza guy died this would be what he would see first in heaven as he went through the gates.
