Reprogramming TV Button on Remote

Hello!
I just bought my new Polk MagniFi 2 system and am thoroughly enjoying my new toy. I have my TV hooked up via the HDMI (ARC) port. However, whenever I hit the TV button on the remote provided with the system, the speaker connects to the Optical source. I've read through the guide to reprogram the remote, but there doesn't seem to be a way to switch the programming on the TV button from port 4 to 5. Is there any way to update this function?

I'll ask a friend at Polk for help.

His response:
"Have him reset the bar. If that does not work, have him send us an email (kim.jasper@soundunited.com) and we can send a new remote at no charge."
