Popping noise from sub

I’ve had my Magnifi Max for about 1 year and the sub woofer has made popping noises off and on. Recently it started making even worse noises, can’t describe other than beeping and popping noises combined. I’ve reset the system, plugged in Ethernet cable and nothing has helped at all. The Polk connect app doesn’t even support this system either. I can’t believe this system has these issues. I need help in trying to get this fixed otherwise it was a waste of money.

    Did you buy from an authorized Polk Dealer and do you have the receipt?
