Props to Polk

Had to call Polk yesterday for an issue. They answered right away. The gentleman was friendly and had a slight accent that was somewhat difficult to understand but he navigated the issue well. They put my info in their portal and said they would call me back tomorrow (and if they didnt hear from them to call them back)

They didnt call me, but I called them today.

They answered right away and had everything fixed within a few minutes on the phone.

Good move in the right direction versus the old call back system to no where! :)
