Volume on remote won't go up - magnifimax

Hi everyone,
I just bought a Polk Magnifimax.
I hooked everything to my tv and tried to test it.
Everything works except when I want to increase the volume with the remote.
I'm using the included remote from Polk.
Whenever I press + on the volume a single white light is flashing on the soundbar and the sound disappears.
It's trying to tell me something but I don't know what. 😁

The soundbar should respond to your TV's remote assuming it is one of the more common brands (Sony, Samsung, etc). Usually the single white LED corresponds to the "mute" button being pushed. Give Polk a call at: 1-800-377-7655 and they can troubleshoot it with you.Post edited by SeleniumFalcon on
