No signal from powered sub, any ideas?

Running a polk psw505 through a Denon AVR S540, initially got a signal while on 2.1 setting. Added surrounds and center no I get no signal from sub during speaker setup test, not sure if something is set too high/low... suggestions?

    I'd run the calibration again and then play a bass heavy song. You could always disconnect everything and start over. Make sure the sub is on and no cables have been disconnected. When you added the other speakers are they plugged into the sub or avr
