Model 10 crossover component upgrades

Hi Guys- I have a pair of Model 10s from the late 70s. They've been my faithful companions through moves, marriage, etc. I think the components in the crossovers deserve an upgrade (Caps,etc). Can anyone recommend brands to use, value changes (if any) and places to buy the components. Thanks
