    One time when I was a kid, my dad was putting gas in his car, and then he drove away with the pump handle/nozzle still in the car and ripped it right off of the pump.

    He had to return it and and pay a big expensive fee.

    Very common occurrence at work with diesel tanks being on the "blind" side of the truck. Now filling an above ground tank when the driver forgets to open the vent........ that is something to see as long as it's from a distance
