Polk Magnifi One Auto Shuts Down

Hi - I have a Polk Magnifi One sound at 2015 model. It seems have worked fine until now when it auto shuts down. It’s hooked up to the TV using optical cable.
What will be the resolution to this problem?

What is happening when it goes into standby? It's supposed to activate if there's no incoming signal for about 15 minutes. -

My TV is on so don’t understand why there wouldn’t e any incoming signal. It either shuts down or goes to Bluetooth. I have to use the Soundbar remote to go back to Opt 1 for the sound to come back. -
