I already told my son Logan that if he puts that on me in bed it will be shots fired. We are all about pranks but that crosses the line and it my get the Tarantula hurt or dead.

Growing up in Barstow CA, I can't not over exaggerate how bad my arachniphobia is. We grew up with vinergaroons, black widows, daddy long legs, scorpions, sidewinders, western Diamondbacks, Mojave Greens ( My favorite snake). The snakes don't bother me. But the spiders...... oh man, kill'em with fire or a nuke.

My son's last mantis died. He had it from hatching. He is now the proud papa to 4 hermit crabs. He paid half for the whole set up. Not bad for a 9 yr old.

They both had a hard day.

I don't think our Belgium would be that calm around our dragon.

    Great pic man!

Cool little Beardie you got there. The more you take them out of their enclosure the more they become people friendly. Ours is only in its enclosure when we are not home otherwise it is hanging with us or the dogs put him in front of the window and he can occupy himself for hours, he also enjoys tagging along for rides in the truck or when we walk the dogs, he sometimes goes with piggy backing on one of our shoulders.

I have three cats now (pictures earlier), and it amazes me how much they can sleep. Currently, at 5:07 PM PST, all three are asleep.
