Since it seems a lot of us have furry friends that are a part of our families, and unlike children, can’t be concerned with privacy on the internet (unless your animals are into social media).
Let’s have a thread showing off those little pals!

Marley is our 5th American Cocker Spaniel. Our last two have been rescue's, Marley and Maggie. Marley is a hunter, he's already caught a possum in our back yard.
At my son's house in Austin.
Here's a 3rd and 4th Cockers, Marco and Maggie at Christmas. No longer with us.
Our first Cocker with our son, mid 80's.

This is Huxley and Roger.
Hux loves the music room, and will often hang out and sleep in there even when everyone else is in other rooms.
Roger still seems unsure of a room that seems to be dedicated to loud noises, haha.

This is Titus, he is a year old and has endless supplies of energy...
This is his favorite place, trail system through the woods on town land. Dogs are allowed off leash if they are registered with the town. He gets to chase chipmunks and squirrels to his hearts content.

Here's some more rosie for you guys, gives a good idea of her stilts she call legs and her super long feet.

A much younger Louis with my fantastic beagle shepherd mix Clifford:
One more of Lou enjoying his favorite pastime- being in the woods.
Clifford made it to about 16, damn fine dog.

Louis in June. I can’t believe he’s almost 17, he’s like a Timex watch. -
Omg. Best thread ever!
What a group of friends. That’s awesome all. Thanks for posting. -
Here's Moonbeam (Beamer)
GF adopted her to indoors last week at about 5 months old following spaying.
She was reared largely on GF's patio - staying in the utility room for security once her feral mother left her. She's adapted immediately to being inside - even crated at night with little protest.
She's a Tabby/Siamese mix. Very happy, energetic, and affectionate, but not (yet) loud and wild as Siamese often are. Unfortunately indoor pictures don't show that her eyes are ice blue. ;-)

Sadie and Ezy, they took the car without permission and got In n' Out and they didn't even bring me any. I hate those guys.

I've always had one dog at a time. Haven't had one since 1996, when I retired a 13 year old very loving, but dumber than a box of rocks, Basset Hound. Just thinking of maybe a cat down the road. Seriously is there an optimal number of cats? I ask because it seems many households have more than one. Is having only one a disservice to the one? Do they prefer having a companion? If so, is it more breed specific? Not meaning to derail at all. Thanks.
I notice when I'm in homes with more than one cat, one cat will come visit and follow me while the other(s) will tend to hide. I've actually been attacked (usually ambushed) more by cats than dogs.
I've been in homes that are so pristine and spotless, and then I see a cat and am pleasantly surprised. Because I've seen the opposite extreme, way too may homes with litter boxes buried beneath a 15" high pile of unchanged litter and p o o p. I knew there were cat(s) the second the front door was opened. I understand any pet requires lots of care, which I always provided mine. Just considering possible future options.Post edited by aprazer402 on -

So are those animals for allowing that shenanigannery to occur! -
Heres my s#it head. Ever morning the alarm goes off and he turns into the mayor of headbutt city. Best cat I’ve ever had.
Lloyd Christmas Biron. He had a brother, Harry Dunn, but he didn’t make it past 1yo. Feline anemia.
