Polk Monitor 5JR Woofer Replacement

I have a pair of Monitor 5JR's and one of the woofers is frozen, possibly due to the magnet shifting. I have a chance to buy a pair of woofers from the Polk SDA-1. Would they be a comparable replacement? If not, what are some other options?
