Magnifi mini speaker high pitched squeal

I have a problem in that my speaker will just start squealing a high pitch squeal when the system is in use. The only time I can stop it is when I unplug it. It will not turn off with the remote nor the off button on the speaker. I enjoy this system however the squeal is deafening. I worry it will start squealing when I’m in the next room and upset my neighbors.

This is a perfect system for condo life so I hope Polk can help me please.

Hello,
Call them at 1-800-377-7655 and select option 1 and have the unit's serial number available when you call.
