    It was operator error. Just tested it and it worked.

    Seems to be an iPad/Vanilla issue. Trying it today, it still didn't work. Then I tried another name. Same problem. Tried another name, then it worked. After that it worked fine for any recipient. Then I exited out of the PM, and tried again. Same problem. It takes trying different names and at some point, after multiple names, it starts to work. After that, it is okay.

    The reason I was doing that is because I had stroke almost two years ago. One of the stroke side-effects was making my short term memory erratic. For example, I would learn a member's name, and then forget it. So I created a PM with the Vanilla name and the real name. I hope that is okay with everyone.

    It's okay with me Bud, pretty sure you know I was just kiddin' around. I think everyone was.

    There's probably a note app that might work well for you, too. Evernote, Google Keep, and whatever it is that Apple has built in with the iPad. Might even offer faster access than having to scroll through an old PM in your Polk Inbox.
