When's the last time you ate Chinese food?

Options
I haven't even looked for two months now to see if my favorite Chinese restaurant is even open. I've been eating a bunch of drive by stuff like mcmuffins and stuff but I just realized I forgot about Chinese/Thai my go to's when I aint cooking. Am I like racist or something?

Last Sunday! My favorite take-out place closed for several weeks, but finally re-opened...thank goodness.

Wife chose a sweet Thai place we like last night to celebrate our twentieth anniversary. I went and picked it up. Excellent as always. Kids liked it too.

Wednesday nights was my Chinese food habit. Man do I miss it.

About a week ago I broke down and ordered from a Chinese restaurant I normally don't order from. Before that it had been about 5-6 weeks. My two favorite places are closed. There's a couple other places nearby but I am not a fan.

I miss the routines. I don't even like going to the grocery store any longer.

The Vietnamese and Thai restaurants we go to seem like they never really slowed down. Yeah sure the dining room is shut down, but they've always been setup to do a big carry out service. Every time we go to pickup, they're busy.

We're probably going for our favorite "Little Saigon" tonight!

Last night. First time in months, but took lots of precautions first. Swapping containers and nuked it for a couple minutes just to be sure. It was amazing.

And yes more than half of the places in town have closed.

Chinese probably in January. Have had take-out Thai once and Vietnamese twice since. Prefer the later two.

My favorite cheap Chinese place is Jade Garden in Upton. Not technically "in town" but close enough. The place that is open that I got takeout last is Foodworks in Millbury.

It has been a long time. Hopefully, the local Chinese restaurant will reopen when the restrictions are lifted.
