I'm in construction and visit home depot at least 10X a month. I know my aisles displays etc. Last week home depot had all their spring gardening tools, backyard fixer furniture...you know spring time shlt out on the main aisles and end caps etc.

Yesterday I walk in the same home depot and I see in the main aisles and end caps...toilet paper, bleach, masks, gloves, etc like after a hurricane ...subliminal marketing at it's finest

I'm hoarding because of the Wuhan virus.

BJs is an absolute zoo this morning, you’d think we only had two days notice before a hurricane was coming....

For some reason I can’t get the picture to display correctly?
So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?

When they opened one of those near my job I found my co-worker sitting in the parking lot sobbing and muttering over and over "it's a sporting good store" I don't know what's wrong with that dude.

I buy groceries for parents who are in assisted living using Instacart grocery deliver. The shopper said they were out of Charmin, I said buy whatever they have. He said there was No TP at all available. So I get in my car and hit 2 grocery stores, Target, and Sam's club and all TP is sold out. My neighbor said our Walmart is out too. I was finally able to find 4 individual rolls of truck stop quality TP at a Walgreens. Where is all the TP in Minnesota going? Can you make hobo soup with it or something? Luckily, I have a few extra rolls of the "good stuff" that I can share with my parents.

So today the Mrs and I worked from home, but beginning Monday all employees are asked to work from home if they are able to, until further notice.

I do a lot of my work on the road or remotely, so not a big deal for me. The Mrs also can work from home as we have high speed internet so she can manage the large CAD files. All good.

But this evening, we made our 4th trip to the grocery store! I'm not gonna complain, just going with it, and happy to support the Mrs! Yes we have quadrupled our grocery bill this week!

On Monday, looking forward to setting up a temporary office in the basement, all the while running the big rig and continuing to burn in the Cary!
