    Although this thread has grown tentacles, to the OP, I have posted similar observations of my CS experience. I am in the process of selling off my Polk AV set up, in favor of an internet brand with fantastic sounding speakers and exemplary customer service. I still have my Monitor 7s in the garage studio and just ordered new tweets from Midwest Speaker Repair, since Polk was unable to process this transaction.
