Magnifi Max subwoofer keeps disconnecting from soundbar

I purchased this from Best Buy a couple of months ago. I am using HDMI arc for sound. I have to unplug subwoofer and plug back in for it to reconnect. Any suggestions appreciated!

I'm actually experiencing this same issue as well. It just recently (last week or so) started happening. Unplug the sub and plug it back in and it's fine again until the unit turns off. It's almost as if when the unit comes back on it forgets to sync with the sub.
