What your stool says about your health

So....what kind of **** does everyone have and how regular are you? I recently cut way back on beer....like from 5-6 per night to 1 or 2 and my **** went from a 6 to a 4! Always been regular, once a day same time, same place.

Yeah, but execs don't really take much notice of PPT presentations, they just go through the motions.

On a related note.....sort of...... our local Craigslist has a group of gentlemen ( I assume they are guys ) that have taken on the task of "doing their business" in commerrcial business restrooms (such as Target) and then posting the results of their efforts in the "Rants and Raves" section.
It's not as educational as you may think.
Come to think of it, it's actually kind of ..... nauseating ?

I'm not seeing how the chart relates to one's 'health'. Is one of the types considered ideal?

Nothing like a swim meet getting shut down because of a swimmer dropping a floater in the UT warm up pool. And this specific meet was generally for older kids and adults!?!

Yes....3 and 4 are considered ideal. It has to do with the amount of time the 'stuff' sits in your colon among other things.

You definitely have to work up to that amount and build quite a tolerance. I wouldn't even get that drunk. I mean I was buzzed but not the staggering, having trouble walking and talking kind of drunk. It's amazing how long you can do that without feeling that bad but eventually it really started to affect my energy and stamina at the gym which is what prompted me finally to cut back. Yes....I was doing that and still going to the gym to lift 4-5 days a week!

Lots of carbs in beer, right. Carbo-loading is what lifters talk about don't they? I have known lots of guys, especially in my younger days working for a railroad as a train controller, that drank their entire lives. I could tell stories galore about the quantities they became used to drinking on a daily basis, its a cultural thing in Wisconsin and the UP of Michigan. If you are used to it, you don't feel it the same. Some of those guys got cirrhosis and died.
