"The doctors said, 'If you're going to have a nail in the brain, that's the way you want it to be,"' she said. "He's the luckiest guy, ever."

It enters so fast you dont even feel it...

Although, after about a minute, you would DEFINETELY feel it.

Most people that get shot with those things, dont even know it, and find it later on.

I was working at a house, guy shot his hand, pulled the nail out - still couldnt feel anything..

Freaking incredible, some people get all the luck.
Think about it, would you rather be dead, or save 100,000 dollars?

I'd rather have a 100,000 med. bill.... then to be dead.

you know he's got a good case against the construction company and the nailgun manufacturer... combo of unsafe working conditions and faulty equipment...

i doubt he'll be the one paying those medical bills in the long run... and this is one lawsuit that i'd feel to be justified...
MacLeod: I guess youre lucky Polk has such lax hiring standards.

    Josh: Damn skippy!

That's true about the possibility of a lawsuit. I thought most construction companies provided insurance anyway? And even if they don't, how could you be in that line of work and not have insurance? I'll take the ol' $10 co-pay over the $100,000 bill. ;)
