Zappa released Cruisin With Ruben and The Jets on this date. Took me a long time to warm up to it but now it’s one of my favorite albums. Du-Wop at its finest like only Frank could do.

Little known metal band from the 80's. Saw them open for Iron Maiden around '82. Lead singer was in an early incarnation of Maiden during the beginning of the band.
