    I have all that stuff, but still deciding if I will part out or do only as a local whole speaker pick up....

    My grills were redone with new fabric, the original all came off the edges where they are glue on. Look quite good!

    My fabric is in good shape but one of the frames is cracked. let me know if you decide to part out.
